Studio Programs (987 Clarkson Rd. S.)


Start Any Time

Registrants can join in the on-going program at any time.
In the case when a multi-class project is being completed by the group at the time of the registration, the new registrant will be asked to wait with the start of his/her classes for one or two weeks. We will confirm the starting date by email or phone once the on-line registration is submitted.

Registrations and Payments

Step 1 — Submit the on-line registration
Step 2 — Submit the payment (cash, cheque payable to iCreate, or e-Transfer to info@icreate.ca)
Space is reserved only after the completion of both steps (upon receiving of the full payment).
Only full registrations are accepted prior to the start of the program.

Cancellations and Refunds of Whole Sessions

Cancellations with full refund are accepted up to 7 days before the start of the program. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the program are subject to the administration fee equal to 25% of the total program fee.

Rescheduling of Individual Classes (effective March 1, 2019)

Registrant can reschedule up to 2 classes in one session (session is between 5 and 10 classes). Exceptions to this rule will be made if important reasons arise - please communicate this to our staff before the class (see below).

To re-schedule a class, iCreate staff must receive and respond to registrant's notification at least 1 hour before the start of the class. A missed class for which a timely notification was not received will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Art Projects (effective March 1, 2019)

During a regular program class all participants in the group work on the same project. In special circumstances and upon instructor's approval exceptions will be made, e.g. for dedicated portfolio projects.

A multi-class projects that are not completed by the registrant due to missing a class need to be finished at home.


Starting in January, 2017 receipts are issued upon request.



'Art for Kids' and 'Art for YOUth' School Programs


Step 1 — Submit on-line registration
Step 2 — Submit the payment (cash, cheque payable to iCreate, or e-Transfer to info@icreate.ca)
Payments are due upon the end of the first class (parents can bring the payment when they pick up the child after the first class).

Only full registrations are accepted prior to the start of the program. Partial registrations are accepted after the start of the program pending space availability and program curriculum - please contact us to arrange such late registrations.

We are unable to offer refunds, credits or rescheduling of classes missed during the session.

Cancellations
Please inform us immediately if you need to cancel your on-line registration. A failure to inform 'Art for Kids' staff about the need to cancel the on-line registration at least 3 days before the start of the session will result in an administration charge equal to 50% of the missed session's fee, in addition to the next session's fee.

Payment Receipts
Starting in January, 2017 receipts are issued upon request.

Privacy
Any personal info we collect is for program organization purposes only and it is kept private and confidential.
