Start any time — registrants can join the program any time when a new project is starting.
Registration is confirmed once full payment is received. An online form without payment does not reserve a spot in the program.
No refunds or credits will be provided for missed or unused classes due to personal choice to withdraw after the program has begun.
Registrant can reschedule 1 class in a session (session is between 5 and 10 classes). No rescheduling is permitted for sessions with fewer than 5 classes.
To re-schedule a class, iCreate staff must receive and acknowledge registrant's notification at least 1 hour before the start of the class.
Classes missed or rescheduling requests made less than 1 hour before the class start time are not eligible for rescheduling.
To support effective project planning, we kindly ask that rescheduling requests be limited and made as early as possible.
By registering to iCreate programs participants agree to fully comply with our Health Preventive Measures
If you are experiencing symptoms of a respiratory illness such as fever, cough, sneezing,
runny nose, nasal congestion, or sore throat - please do not come to the studio.

Classes are conducted once per week.

Try out classes are not available due to scheduling limitations.
If your desired class if full please check back in a few week's time, or contact us for availability of spots in a near future.
Health Preventive Measures
All registrants enrolling in iCreate programs must agree with all studio's health and safety measures.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed classes due to non-compliance with masking or other health protocols, even if such requirements are introduced or modified during the program.
Facial masks
- Wearing a facial mask is optional.
- If a participant shows symptoms of a respiratory illness during class, they will be asked to wear a mask and wait in the designated area until they are picked up.
Studio Access
- Only registered participants and iCreate staff may enter the studio.
- Parents and guardians are asked to remain in the hallway during drop-off and pick-up.
Symptoms of Illness
Attending class while sick with a contagious illness can put others at risk and may lead to extended studio closures. We ask for your understanding - please do not come to the studio if experiencing any of the following symptoms:
Participants may return to class only after fully recovering from the illness.

Art classes for children, youth and teens are very diverse in the range of covered techniques and subjects. This diversity provides an opportunity for constant learning both for the new registrants as well as for those who have been in our program for a long time. Portfolio classes (offered Sep to Jan)
We offer special portfolio building classes for teens preparing an application for secondary school visual art programs. These small group classes are custimized to follow the portfolio requirements of each individual school. The typical set of works include, but are not limited to, one point perspective, still life, portrait, sketch book... We recommend starting these classes well in advance the application deadline.

Private classes and workshops
2 hours long private classes can be arranged by individuals or groups upon request. The cost for each class depends on the number of students (see below). All materials are included. Subjects and techniques are customized to reflect registrants' learning goals. Please contact us before registering.

iCreate — Programs for children and youth
We offer a very diverse range of techniques, subjects, and media to ensure constant learning and engagement among both returning participants as well as one-time registrants.
The techniques — include painting (acrylic, water colours), drawing (pencils, markers, oil and soft pastels), mixed media, collage, clay sculpture, masks, and other. All materials are included and are child-safe.
The subjects — include still life, landscape, flowers, animals, portraits, abstracts, architecture and machines, space, underwater scenes, imaginary creatures and places, and many others.
The artistic concepts learned in our classes include perspective, composition, properties of colours and their mixing and other.

Group registrations are welcome (please ask for 5% discount for group registrations).
Exact subjects and techniques in adult classes are planned together with each registrant to meet his/her individual learning objectives. Feel free to contact Agnes, the head instructor, to discuss your personal learning goals prior to registration (416.568.1304, or info@icreate.ca).
Registrants can choose from the following learning approaches:
1. Have the registrant follow a program proposed by the instructor
2. Have the registrant propose some or all techniques and/or subjects he or she would like to cover
In all cases instructor will offer a full guidance, unless requested differently by the registrant.
For safety reasons all registrant's proposed techniques and materials must be approved by the iCreate instructor.
Cost of the materials
The basic materials such as student-grade paints, or small canvases are included in the cost of the registration.
Higher quality materials, large canvases, and custom media must be supplied by the registrant. Feel free to ask the instructor for art supplies recommendations.
Adult classes are designed for beginners as well as those who already have some experience in creating art.
